Prohibited activities: No distribution of illicit drugs per club members state laws. It will be up to the club members to understand each of their respective state laws.

Mandates: Members who are attending a club event (Any gathering of two or more members is a sanctioned club event) will be able to do so despite mandates prohibiting the activity. Mandates are not laws and do not apply to club business.

Complaints: These will be thoroughly investigated. Complaints that claim one party has wronged another will be referred to a peacekeeper within the club for resolution. If one party is found to be guilty, revocation of membership may occur as well as litigation taken on behalf of the Club against the guilty former member. Example “Joe sold sally rotten fruit despite claiming they were fresh; Sally reported the wrongdoing and the peacekeeper found Joe at fault for fraudulently claiming his produce were fresh. Joe was given a warning for negligence and put on probation. Joe received another complaint for the same issue and was again found guilty of selling rotten fruit. After further investigation it was found that Joe was intentionally selling rotten produce in order to create a poor public image of HGC. Joe was immediately removed from the Club and a police report alleging business sabotage was filed”. These two examples display that mistakes can be made and will not be punished the same as intentionally harmful acts towards the club and its members. Intentional harmful acts towards the Club or its members will be met with swift litigation.

Unauthorized access: It is unauthorized for federal and state employees working on behalf of the state or federal government against the club to join the club. This includes anyone investigating the Club. This policy extends to civilian intelligence contractors. Violation of this policy will result in immediate expulsion from the club and litigation against the former member, and the company/agency linked to the member. Our Club President will be the sole source of contact for State and Federal authorities to contact.

Hunting/Fishing: All members WILL adhere to state and federal laws and regulations. Poaching will result in immediate expulsion from the Club, litigation from the club and turned over to respective authorities. Once legally harvested meat enters the club space, it is at the members discretion how to buy/sell/trade the product. Members will not be required to purchase commercial fishing licenses or food vendors licenses. ONLY APPLIES WHEN TRANSACTION IS DONE BETWEEN CLUB MEMBERS.

Organic: It is HIGHLY suggested all club members who raise any type of produce do so in an organic way. This means zero herbicides and pesticides and artificial fertilizers. It is HIGHLY suggested to follow a Permaculture based discipline for produce. Any non-organic produce must be disclosed to club members. Honesty is the best policy. Lying aka fraud will not be tolerated.

Other: All other services between two club members will be left up to the members to negotiate. A classic example of this might be trading some elk meat for helping with some yard work. Use your imagination! If a dispute occurs between two members, the complaint will be investigated by Club Peacekeepers.
